Hey I’m Niki! I’ve been teaching Pilates for over six years, after discovering its power during recovery from a running injury. What started as rehab quickly became a passion and a profession. Classically trained, I teach both mat and all equipment-based Pilates, and especially love leading dynamic, strong flows that leave you feeling energised and empowered!

Hi I’m Demi! A Reformer Pilates instructor with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a real love for helping people move and feel better in their bodies. My background ensures I have a solid understanding of how the body works and I use that to make sure each session is safe, effective, and tailored to your needs. My priority is to make you feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to your body every day.

Hey I’m Faye an experienced Reformer Pilates & Yoga instructor having taught all over the globe! Faye enjoys blending her ethos of optimal body alignment with her energetic, encouraging and dynamic style. You will find her classes are a blend of classical & contemporary, sprinkled with plenty of key postural cues and lots of strength building!

Hi I’m Robyn! My classes are all about building strong Pilates foundations, moving in tune with your energy and your bodies cycle. I am passionate about improving your balance, mobility and strength to support us through every stage of life. See you in class very soon, your going to love it!

Reformer & Mat Pilates

Hey I’m Aimee, certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor! My classes focus on helping you work hard and feel the burn. Building strength and confidence from the fundamentals of Pilates so you get the most out of every movement. My classes bring your awareness to breath and alignment, guiding you safely through each exercise while making sure you feel comfortable and supported.

Kayla

Reformer & Mat Pilates

Hi, I’m Kayla. I’m qualified in both mat and reformer Pilates and hold a university degree in fitness, nutrition and health. After completing my yoga teacher training in 2017, I soon discovered Pilates and fell in love with its ability to build strength, control, and longevity. I’m currently completing my pre and postnatal instructor training.

My classes blend traditional Pilates principles and contemporary movement, with a strong focus on alignment, technique and mindful progression. I’m passionate about helping build resilient, strong bodies that support you now and into the future.
