Studio & Booking
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all classes must be booked in advance via our website. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for movement. Please avoid overly loose or baggy items so instructors can check your form safely.
Do I need grip socks?
Yes, for your safety, hygiene and stability on the reformer, grip socks are mandatory. You can bring your own or purchase Reforme Studio grip socks from our online shop.
Where can I park?
We have three dedicated spaces right outside the studio, available on a first come, first served basis.
If these are full:
Early Mornings & Evenings:
You’re welcome to use the spaces at RSC Body Centre, just a short walk away.
Daytime:
On-road parking is available near the T-junction and the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy (opposite us) kindly allows us to use their spaces during the day (not evenings).
We just ask that you please be mindful and respectful of our neighbours and their businesses when parking.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, the studio is fully air conditioned for your comfort all year round.
Is there a maximum weight limit for the reformer beds?
Yes, for safety reasons, our reformer beds have a maximum weight limit of 120kg.
CCTV & Security
Do you have CCTV in the studio?
Yes, closed circuit video cameras are installed in the main studio area to help ensure the safety of clients, instructors and studio property.
Are the cameras monitored live?
No, footage is not monitored in real time and is never shared publicly.
Why is CCTV used?
For safety monitoring, incident review, insurance and liability purposes and occasional staff training.
Do I need to give consent?
Yes, by signing our waiver during registration, you give your consent to our studio safety policies, including CCTV use.
