1. Booking & Payment

1.1 All class bookings, workshops, and services offered by Reforme Studio are subject to availability.
1.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
1.3 Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
1.4 Clients must have a valid and active credit or class package available in their account to make a booking or join a waitlist.
1.5 By joining a waitlist, you agree that if a space becomes available, you may be automatically added to the class and the relevant credit will be used. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient credits available.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

2.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class to receive a full refund or credit.
2.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the booking fee.
2.3 Reforme Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds or credits will be provided in such cases.

3. Health & Safety

3.1 Participants must ensure they are physically fit to participate in classes and workshops.
3.2 Participants should inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before class.
3.3 LAH Ltd trading as Reforme Studio is not liable for personal injury unless caused by negligence on our part.

4. Behaviour

4.1 All participants are expected to act respectfully and follow instructor guidance.
4.2 Reforme Studio reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant acting inappropriately.

5. Liability

5.1 LAH Ltd trading as Reforme Studio will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property brought on site.
5.2 Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the booking fee.

6. Privacy

6.1 Personal data collected will only be used for booking and communication purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Reforme Studio website, including text, images, and videos, is owned by LAH Ltd trading as Reforme Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 LAH Ltd trading as Reforme Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8.2 Current terms will always be available on our website.
